VCSEL (Vertical Cavity Surface Emitting Laser): The Next Generation Laser

We supply both ion-implant VCSEL and oxidation VCSEL with high performance and high speed for data
 communications as well as sensing applications, which requires gaussian beam and low beam divergence.
