VCT-F85A32-IS-V2 is an 850nm Vertical Cavity Surface Emitting Laser (VCSEL) operating in single transverse and single longitudinal mode. With unique implantation process, Lasermate’s single mode VCSEL shows the performance advantages of high single mode output power (>2.0mW) and high speed modulation.
