Photodiode Receivers

Our photodiodes including GaAs PIN and InGaAs PIN photodiodes and pre amplified photodiodes are highly sensitive and reliable for data and telecommunication applications.  The  packages of photodiodes in connectorized LC/FC/SC/ST receptacle and pigtail are available.  The 1 x N (N= 2, ..., 64)  GaAs and InGaAs PIN arrays are also available.
