Notes


  1. Use appropriate power supply. Transient reverse current greater than 25μA and /or reverse voltage >2V will destroy the unit.

  2. A dry environment should be provided when storing or operating a device at temperatures below the ambient dew point. Failure to do so will cause condensation on the unit and will destroy it.

  3. Output powers in excess of specification data will accelerate device aging.

  4. Operating units require adequate heat dissipating or refrigeration.

  5. Operation at higher temperatures will accelerate device aging, increase threshold current and lower slope efficiency.

  6. To C-block unit, be sure to keep the diode clean.
