Laser Diode Modules with Shutter: 375nm to 940nm

With Shutter for Safety, Built-In TEC Cooler and ACC Circuit Design

Our high stability DLXS-series diode lasers are constructed with features of integrated electronics, plug and play, good beam profile, shutter for protection, built-in TEC cooler, ACC (Automatic Current Control) circuit design, miniaturization, international standardization of interface advantages of continuous diode lasers and optional TTL or Analog modulation. They are the ideal solution for a wide range of applications, including life sciences, environmental monitoring, inspection and machine vision. Housed in compact packages, these lasers are the perfect choice for design in and integration into OEM instrumentation and systems, as well as for end user applications in research and development.  

Lasermate Group, Inc. offers shuttered laser diode modules at the following wavelengths: 375nm, 405nm, 450nm, 520nm, 637nm, 642nm, 655nm, 660nm, 785nm, 808nm, 915nm, 940nm and with output power reaching up to 200mW.

***Note: The DLXS-series lasers are designated solely as OEM components for incorporation into the customer's end products. Therefore it is the customer's responsibility to comply with FDA requirements of FDA 21CFR, section 1040.10 and 1040.11 as complete laser product.
